Danielle has extensive experience working with children and families in high-conflict situations. In addition to her Master's of Social Work Degree, Dani has additional training in Child Permanency, Custody Evaluations, and Family Assessments. She is also a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts where she completes ongoing training within the family court realm. She has also been active in assisting other local custody evaluators with cases.
Danielle has been involved in several cases involving children finding permanency through adoption. She has also completed the Adoptive Licensing classes through the State of South Dakota . As a Clinical Social Worker who has her highest level of independent licensure in the State of South Dakota, Danielle is highly qualified to complete this service.
Danielle has completed several trainings and worked within conflict resolution over the last 15 years. She has completed trainings in Mediation and in Family Mediation. Mediation can help parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement in a timely and cost-effective manner, avoiding the need for costly and lengthy court proceedings. Additionally, mediation allows parties to maintain control over the outcome of their dispute and fosters communication and understanding between conflicting parties.
As an independently licensed Clinical Social Worker, Danielle assists other Social Workers by providing clinical supervision during their MSW internships and as they work toward their independent licensure. Clinical supervision is crucial for Social Workers to improve their skills, knowledge, and self-awareness in their practice.
Danielle is certified in several different therapeutic modalities to assist clients of all ages. She has been in the social work field for sixteen years and has provided individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults throughout that tenure.
Danielle Finn, CSW-PIP is a dedicated Social Worker with 15 years of experience in various areas of the field. She is a graduate of Colorado State University with her Masters degree in Social Work. She has worked with families, children, adolescents, and adults in roles such as Child Protection Services, family, individual, and group therapy, Crisis Intervention, and Mental Health Case Management services.
Danielle is passionate about helping individuals and families overcome challenges and achieve their goals. She believes in the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment that benefits her clients during the problem solving process.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, practicing yoga, and volunteering in her community. She is committed to ongoing professional development and staying current on the latest research in the field of Social Work, especially in the areas of Conflict Resolution and Family Conflict. Danielle is grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others through her work.
